Ingredients

50ml Blackwoods

3 cucumber slices

15ml Rosemary syrup

10ml lime Juice

Sprig of rosemary

Lime wedge

25ml Tonic

Splash of Soda

Method

In a cocktail shaker add cucumber, rosemary syrup, lime juice and muddle ingredients.

Add Blackwoods gin and fill with ice. Add shaker top and shake well

Strain into highball glass, fill with ice, add tonic and top up with soda

Add Rosemary sprig and lime for garnish.

Ginger Breeze

Ingredients

40ml Blackwoods 40%

12.5ml canton ginger liquor

100ml ginger ale

10ml lime juice

Method

In a cocktail shaker add ginger liquor, lime juice, gin and ice cubes. Add top to shaker and shake.

Strain into short cocktail glass, add ice and ginger ale.

Add lime for garnish


Green Paek

Ingredients

50ml Blackwoods 60%

10 fresh basil leaves

25ml simple syrup

25ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Basil leaf garnish

Method

In a cocktail shaker add basil leaves, simple syrup and lemon juice.

Using a wooden muddler, crush the basil till bruised and fragrant.

Pour in gin and ice cubes. Add top to the shaker and shake.

Strain into a short cocktail glass, add additional ice and garnish with basil leaf.

Ingredients

50ml Blackwoods 60%

50ml Dry Vermouth

25ml Fresh grapefruit juice

25ml Cranberry juice

Method

Add the grapefruit, cranberry juice vermouth and gin to a shaker with ice and shake.

Put 4-5 ice cubes in a chilled glass,

Strain what’s in the shaker over the ice and garnish with a wedge of lime.


Bloody Moorie

Ingredients

50ml Blackwoods vodka

½ lemon, juice only

6 dashes Worcestershire sauce

3 dashes Tabasco sauce

150ml tomato juice

pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper

Celery stick

Method

Place 2 cubes of ice into a tall glass and add the vodka.

Add the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and tomato juice. Stir well.

Adjust the seasoning, to taste, with salt and pepper, add celery stick and serve straightaway
